Speaker Bios

Dr. Ayal Shenhav represents many of Israel's leading venture capital and private equity funds, adivising on formation, tax efficient structuring and operations. Dr. Shenhav has also been involved in complex financing and M&A transactions representing target companies and investors. Recent counseled transactions: Akamai/Cotendo, Broadcom/Provigent, BigBand/Arris.

Dr Michael Afergan leads the Akamai team responsible for products and technologies that help leading websites have high-performing, secure, and personalized experiences on any device. Dr. Afergan joined Akamai in 1999 and has since served as Chief Technology Office and in key roles within Akamai's Engineering and Product organizations, as well as building Akamai's advertising business. Prior to Akamai, Dr. Afergan held senior positions at Constant Contact, Bose, Fidelity and various start-ups companies.

Patrick Guay has more than 20 years of technology sales, marketing, product management and general management experience. He has held a variety of senior leadership positions at venture-backed start-ups and publicly traded companies, e.g. Voltaire (recently acquired by Mellanox), netForensics, 3Com Corporation and others.
